How to Order:

Step 1: Select your priced item under Tumbler Selection

Step 2: Add your Tumbler Selection to the cart

Step 2: Select a customizer under the Customizer tab, and enter your different gemstone color selection

- The Customizer should match the design option from your Tumbler Selection 

Step 3: Add your customization selection to the cart by filling every box with information

- if you are ordering multiple tumblers, you must have customization for each Tumbler 

Step 4: Complete your purchase after double check all information is correct 

*After Miya has received your Tumbler order and customization, she will reach out with a Mock design within 36 hours. 

*You have up to 48 hours to approve the design; if you miss the approval time, the Mock design will be canceled, and your order will be canceled and refunded.

Care Instructions:  

All products must be washed by hand with cool water. Please do not soak products for long periods of time. Since products are stainless steel, please avoid sticking them in the microwave. If the product is dropped, gemstones might dislodge or become damaged. If damaged during transit, don't hesitate to get in touch with miyamadeit@gmail.com with your order number.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns are not accepted. Cancellations are not accepted after Miya Made recipes approval from you on the Mock design.
